The farmhouse has been gently renovated and filled with our furniture from our grandparents, parents and travels. Cozy and comfortable you'll feel right at home. In the warm months, the porch is the favorite gathering place, and the house stays cool with it's built into the hill stone foundation. On colder days nothing beats sipping a cup of hot chocolate in front of the fire after some snowy fun. We provide wood for the fire and plow the driveway for you so there are never any worries.

There is a gourmet kitchen and well stocked pantry. Now, when we say gourmet, we mean it. There is a double wall oven, one with convection, gas stove, two toasters, microwave, and all the tools and lots of counterspace. The kitchen is outfitted with all the dishes and pots and pans and serving platters you could need. Add to that a breakfast nook, reading room with wood burning stove, livingroom, diningroom, and TV room with TV, VCR and DVD player and access to basic cable service, downstairs full bathroom and laundryroom and pantry, and you have the first floor. There is DSL service and a stereo with CD player.

There are four bedrooms and two complete baths (one with just a tub and the other with tub / shower) upstairs that are the main four bedrooms for rent. There is one king-size bed, three queen beds, one room which also has a crib.

An additional 5th and 6th bedroom, both with a queen size bed are available for rent at an additional fee. The sixth bedroom also has two twin beds for a family room or singles room. Total sleeping space is for 14 people.

The beds all have lots of pillow, linens, extra blankets in the hall closet, and a complete set of towels for each occupant. Fans are provided in each bedroom during the warm months, but the evenings are usually cool - Catskill evenings make for great sleeping weather!
